Long story short, but I divorced my husband in 2022. We don’t follow the decree at all. I bought him out of the house and he still lives there. I had to move out to get away from him. So he pays a nominal amount of rent.

He is going out of the country for 10 days in Jan and I’m thinking about starting the process of getting him out. He is a master manipulator and I am messed up with poor boundaries so I need to be away from him to do anything.

I’m going to set up a consultation with a lawyer fairly soon to talk options. What else do I need to do to prepare for this? We have an 12 year old son who is going to suffer greatly-he is not afraid to make a scene to get what he wants (ex-husband).
