Need an opinion. Things getting ugly here. I'm sleeping on the other side of the house for the last 2 months. She's already involved with someone else so I told her I spoke with an attorney. Told her we should do a mediated divorce and just split everything as alimony is a formula done by the state(NJ). She sounded shocked that I called the lawyer. It kinda made me laugh as what did she think I was going to do. She also told me I should think about the Children. Made me laugh again as I told her repeatedly over the last few months that I want to be with her.

The kids (23 n 21)don't know yet but I'm sure the 23yr old has to know as I'm sleeping in a room next to him. The other is away at school and returns in a few weeks. It seems like she's dragging her feet until my 21yr old returns.

My soon to ex-wife is going away this weekend so I figured it was as a good time to discuss with my son. I'm not going to sugur coat it for him as I know my wife would make up a story to make herself look better. I'm wrong? He's an adult and should know why his family is being broken up.
