Hello all, long story short, I want to ask if any one here has story of winning back physical custody right to share because the physical parent hasn't been responsible and taking care the children ?
I have heard different stories. Some said it is very difficult to get the court to re-assign physical custody right once agreed. My current situation is that my ex wife has physical custody right over the children but at the same time she plans on moving out of state for a new job. She plans to leave the kids with me until the new job settles down. It may take her 6-12 months (or longer ) to settle down and take the kids with her. I want to know if I have a strong argument to fight for physical custody right by arguing that my ex hasnt been taken on the responsibility of being the physical custody parent.
