My STBXH avoids spending time with our children at all costs. Always out, or hiding in the bathroom or the basement. Or if I'm not home, pawning them off on his mom, quite literally every time he's alone with them. He puts them in daycare even on his "weekends off" so he can play videogames at home.
Yet, he wants 50/50 custody (mostly to avoid child support I think). Has anyone experienced a parent who is absent during marriage actually become present after divorce?
I worry that their lives will take a turn for the worse if I leave. At least while we're "married" (this is a joke of a marriage) I will always be there for them even while he's not.
