So my ex and I split and everything has been civil. We agree on everything. The lawyer recommended to me to handle the divorce has been horrible. We filed six years ago. It’s still not finalized. Yes you read correctly. I’m told that if I file a FL141 form that it should finish everything up. I have a hard time believing that this one form will fix everything. Maybe I’m wrong. Any advice? Has anyone went through anything like this before?
