So I’ve been playing a lot of the first Division game lately and one thing that I didn’t know I missed while playing Division 2 was the Ninjabike Messenger Backpack. No not the DZ exclusive exotic Ninjabike knee pads, those weren’t in the first game. Ninjabike Backpack allowed you to fill a slot in a gear set with the backpack. The backpack counted as a gear set piece for any non-classified gear set in D1. So what a lot of people did was they’d run 3piece striker and 2 piece nomad but bc of Ninjabike, it’d actually be 4piece striker and 3piece nomad.

Since we don’t have classifieds yet in Div2, I definitely think this would be strong if it were to return but I feel like the 2 backpack exotics aren’t really competitive with one another. Memento (YES ITS MEMENTO NOT MOMENTO) is obviously LEAGUES better than Acostas and I feel like it could bring actual competition to the exotic backpack slot.

I believe the return of Ninjabike Backpack could really add a LOT more value to gear sets and allow people to make some really crazy builds.

Would it be recycled content? Yes. Do I care? Absolutely tf not bc it’s just that good.
