Well hi....I'm trying for the Nemesis and I gotta go through Tidal Basin again to get it. How long before the loot resets? Random grabbed it because I just found that's where the first component is. When will it reset allowing me to grab the rifle?

Just went through and found the key card to unlock the door with the rifle I need to deconstruct. Went in and it didn't give me the option to open the weapon crate. So just wondering if anyone knows when it will reset allowing me to grab this damn thing? Thanks for any help.
