Question about item drop location

So recently I’ve been told for my one build that I need the kard custom pistol. I’m sure I’ve gotten it in the past but probably dismantled it not realizing the potential of it. (Dumb me) been trying to get it. Farming summit for pistols doing missions that have pistol drops. Is this a dz exclusive? Please help agents. I cannot get this gun to drop for me.
