Recent crashing

Recently, my friend has been experiencing crashes. He will play for 20 minutes at times and it will crash, but sometimes it doesn't crash and he can play more than an hour.
I don't know what the problem is, but do you guys know, how to fix it?
Could it be that OBS or Streamlabs is affecting it? Or something else?
