Does someone have a RAID Checklist?

Hello boys n girls, im new to this game but not in raiding, so im looking to find a little checklist for the RAID. I saw some videos of the bosses but still want to know If theres a lowcap on stats that i should have before im looking for a group. Like for example i read something with 200k armor is must. Or that i should have all 4 Specials full to be switchable. RN im at 470 - and looking to save some high stats like 40% Elite DMG or 15% crit chance for some good 498-500 GS items. Am I on the right path?:D Does anyone before me ask the same and maybe got a list with tasks to do? Greetings and sorry for my english.
