Getting Eagle bearer in the DZ is impossible I'm convinced, what's the best way to join Dark hours raids??

I've been trying to EB for ages almost since it was added to the DZ loot pool but to no avail. I just want the damn gun already so does anyone know where the best place is to join people running the Dark hours raids? I'm on Xbox and I've run the story difficulty raid hundreds of times at this point to learn it 🙏🙏🙏🙏
