Returning to the game after a 1 year hiatus, what’s new?

Title speaks for itself. I haven’t played in a long time and I’m trying to get back into it. I beat the game when it was fairly new and then played it periodically. Haven’t really played in about 6-12 months. Anything I should know? Anything would help and would be greatly appreciated. I’m on Xbox if anyone would like to play.
