Please someone help gear builds

I love this game and can spend hours just running and doing missions. I’m not a great player against pvp but pve I think I am decent player. The builds aren’t clicking with me or if I’m not looking at this correctly. Don’t skin me alive in the comments about the build I know it is a Frankenstein build it just has worked well for me personally. Thank you!!
