I’m confused, do I go and fight Mangoth in the Cathedral first or do I go and destroy the Giant Blood Stone first?

I’m currently fighting Mangoth, yet the GameBanshee site says this is supposed to be my last fight in Luculla even though I haven’t go to the upper lava area and destroyed the Giant Blood Stone yet; did I do something out of order here?
