I read the patch notes and saw several fixes relating to portraits, but as I'm not aware of the original cause of the problem, I wasn't sure if this exact issue has been fixed.

I know that I'm going to want to use the respec mirror when I reach Act 2 (I always want to respec in DOS games), but I heard there was an issue with the respec mirror corrupting the portraits of storied party members.

There seems to be a lot of reference to a shapeshifter mask either causing or fixing the problem, though that's not relevant to me yet (as I don't know what that item is).

So, is this an issue anymore? Will I be able to respec freely? My preference would be for a DOS2 cheat engine trainer to do it myself, but I haven't found one.
