So I want to play with certain civil skills, but the lack of point make this very hard to get more than 1 (maybe 2) skills on a character. What do you think I should do on the following?

I like to play with the following characters:

Fane (thinking of switching him out for Lohse for the healing (not being Undead) Ifan Sebille Red Prince

So with these characters I would like someone to have Thievery/sneak/Telekinesis (Mainly Thievery and 2 points in TK)

My character (whoever I play) should have Bartering/Persuasion/Lucky Charm...which causes my dilemma. This is pretty much impossible to do. I might get 2 point in each by level 12 or so, but I feel like It's just not worth spreading that many point around. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I usually give Fane Loremaster to identify things

Is there a better way to go about this? I like to be the one who loots and sells, so I like to have those 3 above perks to talk to people and buy/sell. Maybe that's asking too much of 1 character...or maybe one of those skills isn't as good as i think it is.
