[Trying to avoid spoilers]

So I am in Arx. I got into the battle with Isbeill. It wasn't going well. We took out a couple, but there were several more. In previous chapters, we'd flee, heal, and go back. But when we fled this time, everywhere but the ship in another dimension was inundated with death fog...instant death. Going back to the ship, we could survive and go back, but literally everyone is dead. The Toymaker is dead, and the stairs going up are blocked by deathfog. You can't teleport to stairs...

So, I need to go back, right? I'm as burnt as toast can get, right?
