Should I go back to the ER

I have had some light stretching pain when I break in in my upper and lower stomach it feels like gas but it’s not bad, I also had a low grade fever 98.9-99 but I controlled it with Tylenol and it goes down, I have been drinking liquids/puréed soups for the last day, pain is subsiding slightly but fever comes and goes. I don’t know what to do this illness is driving me crazy as much as not being to eat the things I love the fever keeps coming back.
