Does a version of Nekromantik without the animal abuse scenes exist?

I hate the animal torture scenes in Nekromantik, especially since they're real animals. Also, even if it was fake, it only takes away from the film. I also need subtitles as I don't speak German.
If it doesn't exist, is there animal torture in Nekromantik II? Are any of Buttgereit's other films similiar to Nekromantik? If so, do any of them NOT contain scenes of animal or child abuse?
