Was planning on heading to DC this weekend and wanted to get some cartridges. I have heard a few good things about the flowers from both these places but nothing about carts. Has anyone tried the promoco carts or the boring carts from flowerbomb? The prices I am seeing are really similar to those in Cali, which makes me worry when I get prices like that in DC.
Please let me know if you have gotten any carts and if they were fire or trash.
