Most importantly you need a tank or pod that has ceramic or quartz coils.

Here is a list of cross compatible coils. To find tanks that will work you have to go backwards and find the tanks that fit those coils. Luckily a lot of them the tank name is in the coil name.

Any tanks that fit the coils under small on that list are compatible with the Vaporesso Gt Ccell coils. Most people use the 0.5ohm, but the .3ohm will also work. These are the most popular option.

The ones under classic fit the old style (tall gold) Vaporesso Ccells. I have used those in a Eleaf ijust s tank. They work, but I don't like them as much as the Gt ones.

These tanks fit the Vaporesso EUC coils. All of them are Vaporesso tanks. The Drizzle Tank, Veco Tank, Veco Plus Tank, VM Tank, and Target mini 2 tank. The benifit to some of these tanks is top airflow. They don't leak out the bottom like the others sometimes do.

When it comes to pods with changable coils you are pretty much limited to pods that take the Smok RPM 1.2ohm quartz or Nord 1.4ohm ceramic and the Voopoo pods or tanks that take PnP C1 ceramic coils. Devices that use those coils can be found on this list. It's more comprehensive than the other one.

There are disposable pods with non removable coils that will also work. Most of these devices do not have any adjustments for voltage or wattage, but work fairly well without it. Some examples of those are Smok Novos with quartz pods. I belive the exact pods are the Novo 2 1.2ohm quartz, but they fit a lot of the Novo models. Vaporesso Zero or Zero 2 with thier ceramic pods. There are ceramic pods made for both of those, but they are cross compatible. The Smok Mico works very well, it's the one I use. They are difficult to find tho because they were discontinued quite a while ago. If you can find one the ceramic pods are rediculously cheap. They're 3 for $0.99 from Ecigmafia.

I hope this helps people new to this or anyone looking for different options. A lot of these tanks and pods are discontinued so knowing which ones use the same coils gives the opportunity to still find something.
