One of my displates arrived a little warped/bent and has some scuffs and scratches on it that are noticeable. I sent a message in to support but wanted to follow-up on here and ask if anyone else has had problems and how they are handled.
Will they just request me to ship it back and then I wait for a new one? How long does that take?
Or
Will they send me a new one and at the same time I ship the other back? Guess I just wanna minimize the time I have to wait for it.
Is support pretty friendly and such? I always hate having to deal with customer service stuff. :(
