Hi there has anybody else had any issues with displate orders being damaged in the same place for different orders?

For context I ordered a cyberpunk and custom displate a few weeks ago (1st and 2nd pictures) as gifts for friends and when they arrived the box was damaged on the side and both displates had damage in the same place aswell.

Customer service were quick to send a replacement order that i received yesterday (3rd and 4th pictures) and this also arrived with damage to the box and displates in the same area.

I've then received today a textra displate I ordered (5th picture) and the box also somehow also has damage in the exact same place? Luckily the displate wasn't damaged on the side but had a corner bent that I was able to bend back and fix.

But what are the odds all 3 of the seperate orders have been damaged in the same way, makes me worry when I decide to jump on a limited edition that I can't get a replacement for.
