Saw a post about this and it radically changed my park experience: Bring flip flops in your backpack for water rides.

Post Body

Holy moly. Saw someone say they always change into flip flops before Splash Mountain/Grizzly River Run so their shoes/socks don't get wet. Did it the past two trips and now I'm a true believer. Will honestly never go to Disneyland again without flip flops.

I've brought spare socks in the past to deal with the wet sock issue, but the problem is if your shoes are soaked then your dry socks quickly get wet. And wet feet is really the worst for a long day of walking. Throwing your shoes/socks in the backpack before those rides and switching to flip flops, then walking around after for 5 minutes means you can go back to totally dry socks and shoes and enjoy the rest of your day. Try it, you'll never look back.
