Complimentary Hotel Upgrades?

Anyone here ever receive a complimentary upgrade while staying at a DL hotel? I'm talking about a rather large upgrade like a Deluxe View to a Downtown Disney View or Concierge Level?
I've stayed at the Disneyland Hotel number times for numerous weeks and always hope for a concierge upgrade and it never comes. Any luck from anyone else? Going for my birthday this year and hoping we might finally get lucky!
