Rubberbanding in ranked

I've been playing ranked in the new season and a glaring flaw emerged. There is rubberbanding in ranked. This is an awful change, ranked is a mode based on skill there should be no rubberbanding. Cpus shouldn't speed up randomly while I slow down. Gameloft please change this it makes the game worse.
