Cannot log into the website without having to reset my password every time

I really don't get why it makes me do this. For one it makes all my family members have to log in with a passcode everytime. But I would really like to not have to change the password everytime I want to log in on the web to watch on my Macbook. I saw a year back this was an issue on Disney's side of things and that they were going to patch it, but seems there hasn't been any changes, or that it has creeped it's way back.
