Disney+ won't play anything. Any one experience this?

When I try to play something it starts to load and then goes back to my Roku home screen. My other streaming services work fine, so it has to be Disney. Has anyone had this problem before? I've tried logging out and also deleting the app entirely.

Steps taken: logged out/in, deleted app/redownload, logged in using a different account.
