I was plagued with the Error 83 code for 2 days... I had reset my router, wiped my xbox, tried Disney on my Roku, Firestick etc... ALL of them wouldn't work while on Wifi. When I would switch to cellular data on my iOS device Disney worked just fine. Other family members were able to watch it outside of my wifi. It had worked for a few hours on the first day just to note.

So....

I was logged into the iOS app and noticed under account settings there was a verification warning ... So I clicked send and went and checked my email ( it was in the spam folder ) and put in the verification numbers and TADA.... My Disney started working immediately.
