Post Body

So I am going to DLR/DCA on Tuesday for the first time in 15 years and the first as an adult with money to spend (new first-time passholder/Keyholder, YAY!!!) and I am quite the foodie and was wondering what the current state of vegan food is like at both parks? What would my fellow vegans recommend? I saw this post but it's from when the park first reopened and was wondering if there have been any updates on new or returning foods? I was mostly excited about the veggie gumbo at Royal Street Veranda but the restaurant is still closed. Does anyone know the reason for it's closure and has there been any word on when it will reopen? The BF and I were really looking forward to eating in New Orleans square but it seems Cafe Orleans has crap vegan selection and Blue Bayou is too expensive (we're saving that for our anniversary anyways.)

I also saw their Halloween foodie guide but it was absolutely abysmal as their was nothing vegan for Halloween. Not a single thing. Very disappointing considering how much they cater to vegans these days.
