Parking at iHop

Hello, I am going to Disneyland tomorrow with my family except we are taking 2 cars. Does anyone have experience with parking at the ihop across the street? I’m going from 5-10pm. I’ve parked there before and went to downtown Disney but that’s always been late at night usually. I went last week and the time it took to get to the park from the Mickey and Friends lot was so long and not worth $35 to me, just looking for alternatives.
