i reluctantly bought the $70 version… still not really sure why i did that, but it’s too late to change it now. immediately after, i learned that the game will eventually be free to play.

my biggest worry here is that what it will actually turn into… is another ‘ free to pay ‘ type game. yknow, the kind of mobile-game vibe where it’s free to download, but every bit of progress or interesting content or cool items are going to be locked behind paywalls.

this is disney, after all. 🥴

the game seems to have a lot of potential to be a great light-hearted, nostalgic, creative world. but the ‘disney-magic,’ shall we say, would be ruined so fast if they did throw up a bunch of paywalls and paid dlc, etc.

idk, just my thoughts/concerns.
