[Disgea 2] Hey, what is it about the loot on the first people on the party?

I started playing Disgea 2 a few day ago and noticed all of Hanako's summons have incredibly high loot for early game, with, considering all tiers: tens of thousands of HL, often ten thousand EXP and pretty good gear, given that you manage to do make a battle that can take all this loot. So, is it possible to make LV9 bonus on those battles? If so, how?
