I'm working on a project for school, researching people's fears(or just thoughts, can be positive as well of course) about the future and how relevant they are. This post is to get a broad understanding of the general consensus. It would be helpful if you could include, to some degree, what demographic you belong to, as I'll be looking into whether different living situations affect answers in similar ways, but I totally understand if you're not comfortable sharing that.
Your worries or positive outlooks can be about almost anything (from world conflicts to if the costs of living will be manageable). If you feel like you already don’t live in a very habitable part of the world, do you fear things will get worse, or do you trust they might improve? This is just a way to feel the waters. Thank you in advance!
I’m cautiously optimistic but concerned. I'm living in a city, and while there are positive advancements in sustainability, I worry about the slow pace of change and major issues like climate change and economic inequality. There’s hope in innovation and increased awareness, but it’ll take a lot of effort and collaboration to make a real difference.
