Hi everyone this is a discussion and ongoing diary about living a good life.
A good life is about having good habits that support your care and fulfilment.
Posting to this discussion each day is a habit I am starting. It is a way of affirming my good habits that contribute to my good life and sharing this. Please provide feedback or contribute your own good habits in respect to living a good life.
Good habit 1
Get up before 8am. The 8 hour day model is a good guide to structuring your day. 8 hours sleep, 8 hours of work, 8 hours of rest and relaxation.
WAKE UP 7am Breakfast cereal and fruit and water based liquid Wash breakfast dishes Clean teeth Wash body Make bed clean bedroom ie put away clothes etc
