WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump surpasses 270 votes in Electoral College to formally win presidency.
I didn't expect anything different, although it is surprising how many electors tried to vote against their constituents wishes instead of both Clinton and Trump. Many were blocked by the different rules determined by the parties, and the state laws.
