Does anyone know how to get past the cooldown for changing a bots profile pic?

I've been trying to make a discord bot that has a "save and load" feature so that messages in the chat could be saved then the bot could repost them later acting as the users that had posted the messages.

I have all the code done with but the issue I have now is that a bot cannot change their profile pic too often. I know that embeds are an alternative but I feel like that ruins the illusion I'm trying to give off.

Does anyone know of a way of doing this or of an alternative I can do?

I'm not too sure, but I'm pretty sure this could be done better using webhooks and a bot
