Looking for a Tracking bot for personal goals

I am running a small server for people in active sobriety, and I have been trying to locate a bot that would work as a sobriety tracker of sorts - just a basic bot to be able to input a sobriety date to show how long you have been sober for... and maybe a way to notify at certain points (i.e. 6 months, 1 year, etc.)
I found one bot titled "sobriety tracker" but it appears that it's offline and unusable at the moment. Does anyone know of any other bots that could work for this purpose?
