I have been role-playing off and on for about 10 years now. All of my experience has been with (mostly) NSFW 1-on-1 roleplays but the thought of a server with many active members sounds really exciting to me. I have spent a bit of time today scrolling through recent posts here and scoping out a handful of servers but I am really not sure what exactly would fit right.

What i am looking for: - Well thought out world. It does not have to have a 40 page primer but should be a good foil for creativity - Fantasy elements to some level. Does not have to be vampires and sorcerers but i am not looking for a college dorm sim if that makes sense. - Friendly members. I am new to group RP and probably need a slightly forgiving group

What I don't think I am looking for: - Purely smut driven RP. Some NSFW stuff is fun but I am mostly looking for story. - 90% he/him roleplayers. While not looking for NSFW, the possibility of shipping character is a positive for me. I understand people can play different genders, but it is often done poorly in my experience. - Real time roleplaying. I would not expect to post more than 3-4 times a day. I have seen a couple servers where you should make sure to tell your RP partner you are going to bed. I am mostly RP'ing during the work day. I would not expect to be able to hold a continuous conversation.

So yeah, i would love any advice the community has, even if it is that a group RP may not be right for me. Thanks!
