25M CP , L3/L4/L5/S1 injury and chronic pain . 6 months ago I was hit by a truck at about 30 miles an hour and sandwiched with a parked car in my driveway with most of the brunt being front my collar bone down on my whole right side ( I am already left side Triparesis and semi ambulatory so it’s a bit of a change getting used to a full time chair ) anyway ever since the accident I keep going to the doctor but it never fails every two months I’ve been bleeding when I urinate then blood spotting in my diaper few times a day especially after I wake up and I notice I also can’t ejaculate , since this has been a chronic problem I wonder if I’m gonna have to get surgery of some type can’t cum I can deal with and my partner and I talked about that part and sex in general depending upon what happens with my condition but it’s the constant bleeding and doctors visits that makes me worried, I hope my urologist goes the surgery route at this point instead of leaving a catheter for 2 weeks then taking it out again
