From STD to LTD but took a job for 4 months

So I was taken out of work for some herniated disc. Can’t lift the 50lbs requirement for my main job. I took a customer service job no lifting and forgot to tell the STD company and now they want me to be put on LTD. I only took the job for 4 months to pay some bills because my pay was cut to 60% what will they do? When I put it on my LTD paperwork? I am super concerned. I no longer have the other job.
