Suitable Mercs for casual play
Post Body

So right now I'm deciding on making a couple of merc purchases for mostly casual pubs. I'm not a very good shooter in general and I prefer the playstyle of utility mercs more, so assault mercs are out for me.

EDIT: Somehow people are confused with this statement, thinking I only want to support without killing at all. That's not what I mean. I just prefer the playstyle of utility/support mercs, that's all. Hope that clears up.

Would be great if you guys can help suggest a couple of utility (fire support, healer, engineer) mercs that is more suitable for casual play in pubs and not planning on competitive at all.

If it helps, I aim to purchase one (50k merc with one bronze loadout) or two (30k mercs with one bronze loadout each) am currently deciding between the below. Many thanks in advance!

Healer

  • Aura (because its free and I do decent on her with Bishlok primary gun)
  • Sparks (ranged revive seems easy enough.. I also like her look lol)
  • Sawbonez (many people seems to recommend him, also cheap to buy)

Engineer

  • Fletcher (have yet to try him but he seems pretty fun and strong)
  • Proxy (have been trying her out currently but I typically don't do very well with her as I am bad with shotguns and mine placement, and I only have a lead loadout on her. I like the speed and she's cheap to buy too)

Fire Support

  • Arty (Having more artillery strikes with a shorter CD means I can have a bit more leeway of making mistakes, seems pretty fun too)

NOTE: I only have the 2 free mercs Aura Skyhammer currently.
