I would like to start out by saying that I love this game - the art, sound, gameplay, I think is overall fantastic. My one real gripe with the game has been how annoyingly difficult it is to get credits. I agree that it should not be super easy, or a pay-to-win, but after you get past level 4, and the main big bonuses that allow you to get your first paid merc, it becomes a ridiculous grind. I must have played over 50 games over a week and a half getting from level 4 to level 7, and am not even halfway to being able to unlock another non-free merc. This is with doing all 3 missions a day. I feel that credits should be at least a little easier to get, or the mercs somewhat less expensive, so that it doesn't take weeks of grinding just to unlock another character.
