When a male is born they can live hundreds of years, yet the women only live for a hundred or so years. There is only one other male of this species/race/world and it is the protagonists job to fuck and breed as many women as he can.The women of this world/race are nymphs who only aspire to fuck and breed. They only want to "service" the human protagonist. The only other male shows the protag the ropes.

Magic could be involved. Incest could be likely.
