The icy air bit at my as I ran and ran and ran, throwing a frenzied look back every now and again to see if the dark creature was still chasing me. The heavy snow crunched underneath my boots, the boots that were old and cracked and that had let the cold long in. The harsh branches of the barren trees hit my face and pulled my hair, leaving little scrapes and bruises all along my face.

I didn’t care about the pain on my frozen skin or my screaming muscles, I needed to run. To run, run, run. Lest I’d be someone’s – somethings - dinner.

I had been so foolish to go for a hunt in these woods. But desperation – hunger – had pushed me to do it, and now, it seems, I’d be paying the price.

Alright. I admit it. I’ve read too much spicy high fantasy. And now I want my own high fantasy world to slut it up. What am I looking for? Heavy world building, writing tropes, clichés as well as playing with those, destiny, magic, fae and humans and monsters. Toe-curling, intricate sex scenes. The pitch above is not set in stone – it’s more of a writing sample so that you know what’s coming to you. As long as it’s a high fantasy story filled with excitement, I’m in.

You should know one thing: I love writing spicy scenes. I’d like to think I’m good at it, too. But, this, at its core, is a romantic story. So … it might take a while for the first proper smut to appear. This is probably more world- und characterbuilding than porn.

What do I expect from my character? A human girl, accidentally stumbling into the fae world. Someone who doesn’t belong in this world by nature but is drawn to it anyway. There’s a sense of destiny around her – will she bring death; will she bring salvation? That is for us to find out.

What do I expect from your character? Someone from the fae world – someone with opportunities but burdens, too. A King, a High Lord, whatever you want to call it. Someone with power, and someone who might very well break underneath it. Charismatic, sarcastic, flirty – a somewhat hard exterior protecting the weaknesses inside; protecting the fact that he’d do anything to protect his people, his friends, his family.

What am I looking for in a partner? Creativity, excitement, reliability. I’m someone who loves to rapid-fire posts back and forth, so if you’re someone who opens Reddit once per day to reply that won’t do for me. However, I am very patient when something comes up – it doesn’t have to be writing back and forth all day, every day.
