Preface: This was posted to DPP late-night a few days ago, and got a comment or two but no takers. Hopefully, a second attempt here will get a little more visibility.

Dana sat along in the room, in the dark. The sound of her breathing echoed off the metal wall, and the dim light made it difficult to see anything despite the small windows that pierced the wall near the ceiling. When, she wondered, would he arrive? And what was inside the cloth-wrapped bundle that had been delivered to her with instructions not to open it until she was face to face with the Inquisitor?

Tap, tap, tap. A sound echoed, seeming to come from the hallway just outside the door. Click. The door opened, and her vision was blurred for a moment, only able to make out a silhouette against the nearly blinding light from the outside. The man - she could tell that much - stepped into the room, turned, and closed the door behind him. As Dana's eyes adjusted to the dim light again, she could tell he was dressed in what looked like a dark 3-piece suit of an almost Victorian cut with a white dress shirt and ebony walking stick. The angle made it difficult to judge, but she thought he might be taller than average.

"Open the package and put on what you find in there," he directed in a voice that was a growl she felt in her mind almost as much as heard in her ears. Unwrapping the cloth, she found something that looked almost, but not quite, like what handcuffs must have looked like around the turn of the 20th century. That's odd she thought.

After she had secured the cuffs to herself, the man began to speak again. "Your trial has begun. You may address me as Mr. Sebastian. You are free to leave at any time by the door through which I entered. If you do, you will be considered guilty and sentence carried out accordingly. You will answer my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Failure to do so will be considered admission of wrongdoing. If you remain, the trial ends when I say it ends."

"Do you have any questions?"

if you recognize what I have stolen part of the setup from, you go to the front of the line. (I'll know you recognize it by giving me Mr. Sebastian's other name.)

What would I like to see from you?

• A description of Dana (and I'm open to alternate names, too)
• What is she on trial for?
• Why did she agree to this rather unorthodox extralegal method of trial?

Although I'm normally a "spicy vanilla" kind of guy, this prompt has the potential to get darker, principally in pain (though not, if Mr. Sebastian does his job properly, bloody).

My hard limits: Incest (sorry, ew), vore, non-sexual bodily fluids used in a sexual way

Be ready to let the tension build for a little bit before anything sexual happens.
