Some RP Scenarios:

Softer, more vanilla scenario (gentle dom, doctor/patient, virgin, etc.): You have been suffering from a lot of stress lately, even to the point where it has started to cause so much tension in your back and shoulders that it causes you actual pain. At first you assumed it was the stress of your college finals, but now that the semester has been over for a few weeks, you think it's time to see a doctor. So you go to your normal doctor's office, and they prescribe you some painkillers and stress relievers, but those don't seem to do much. You go to a therapist, who teaches you breathing and meditation techniques, but that does nothing either. You go to a masseuse, and the massage actually does relieve the pain for a day or so, but it certainly wouldn't be a sustainable solution. Then, just when you think all hope is lost, you try your last option: a local doctor with a very small clinic. He goes over the basic details with you. You explain to him what you've already tried that didn't work. Then he asks you a strange question, "Have you had many boyfriends in the past?" You wonder how that is relevant to your problem, but you answer anyway, "No, none." He nods and looks at his notes "I think I should be able to help you, but first, I have one more question for you." You look at him, excited that you may finally have a solution to your troubles! He continues, "How often do you masturbate?"

Darker, much kinkier scenario (domestic abuse, blackmail, non/dub-con, etc.): You've been with this boyfriend for over two years now, and he has just been the absolute sweetest guy. He has been so respectful, accommodating, and caring, even when you told him that you wanted to wait until marriage for anything sexual. That all was the case, until just a few weeks ago, when something within him seemed to snap. Suddenly he was starting to get more handsy with you. At first, you kindly asked him to stop, and he did... until a couple days later when he started to get more aggressive with it. You were able to resist him for a bit, but he couldn't wait any longer. He explained to you that he needed your body, and was tired of waiting. When you threatened to leave him, he revealed the dirt he had on you, and threatened to release it to your family. Ever since then, your body has belonged to him, whether you like it or not.
