Ancient trade routes and ancient ruins. Many of which are newly studied and understood. The weather in winter gets cold in the desert, to your surprise as you thought it was always blistering heat which it clearly wasn't as the cold air touches your skin. You couldn't wait to tour the desert in the safari and visit some of the ancient ruins. And there I was, an Arab girl in hijab, studying the ancient civilizations and I was there on the spot.*
