Hi! Thought I'd share something funny. That happened to me today. I consulted a doctor today because I've been getting major migraines after sex or even just jerking off for the past week or so. They basically told me to wait it out a little and come back if it doesn't go away. I mostly talked with the (very cute and young) nurse and we were both kind of smiling, trying not to laugh at the situation. I asked if I should stop having sex for a while and she said, smiling "we're not worried for you for now, so you can... Try to have fun and relax... Enjoy it and see if the pain comes back". So that was nothing too crazy of her to say but her smile and overall vibe got me really horny for her. I wish she could supervise and help me doing it.
