Married life is hard. Add kids, jobs, saving for retirement, aging parents and it's almost unmanageable. Somehow or another, sex seems to slip through the cracks. It starts slowly, maybe it's once a week now instead of 4-5 times a week, but soon enough it's once a month and then not at all.
The frustration is palpable, but neither of you want to confront the issue so you continue making your little jokes, forcing a smile, and living your pedestrian lives until something snaps.
The kind, gentle, and attentive man you love is now bearing his full weight against you and tearing off your clothes despite your repeated attempts to dissuade him. It's not long before he's grunting and thrusting, desperate to get the release he needs. The release he deserves.
